  1. This is so true and so correct. We had a family reunion yesterday, and I really enjoyed the barbecue brisket. I am paying for it today and more than likely for a few more days due to the salt, but that is life.

  2. This is so true. I needed to hear this today. Since starting Lose it last month I have been singular and focused despite camping trips. Keep your peripheral vision open while eye is on the goal. Love it.
