Everyone needs help, and the first step in finding it is asking for it. I want to help everyone, but I can’t. I don’t know what your problems are. I don’t know if I am giving you ideas that you already know (and therefore am boring you to tears) or saying things are absolutely wrong for you (and am therefore making you angry and frustrated.)

Please give me feedback on the website, either in writing or via voice message, so that this show is as helpful as possible!

  1. Trevor very good, I hope you get the ideals you need. I know you did one on plateaus but i can not seem to find it. Can you point me back to it?

  2. My friend, Lindsey, referred me to your Podcast. Food Addiction is real. Have you addressed sugar cravings and portion control?

    • Hello Tanya!
I talk about portion control all the time. (That is the basis of everything that I believe works.) As for sugar addiction, I don’t think I’ve ever actually talked about that, whether related to portion control or anything else. That would be a very good show topic. I’ll need to do some research on it. I’m not sure when that show will happen, but I will reference you as the source of the idea.
      Thanks!
      Trevor
