This is an easy way to stay on budget because the calories are known and predictable. There are many options from which to choose. From meals that are shipped ready-to-cook, to Jenny Craig, to frozen dinners, to fast food restaurants.

Even President Trump eats at fast food places because he prefers to eat what he loves, and he wants his food to be predictable and reliable.

  1. I agree and disagree, I enjoy so pre-packaged meals but I really have to watch more than the calories, I have to keep my salt down more than I have to keep my calories down now. I have learned how to enjoy food again, and i have learned how to listen to my body, to know when and how much I need to eat.

    • I don’t disagree, Charles, but I try to provide a wide range of ideas for all the listeners. I don’t know which idea will work for any single person, so I keep throwing out suggestions. Thanks for listening!
