Should you weigh yourself every day? There are good reasons to perform daily weights. But that habit has some possible negative consequences. Is it worth it?
I think so. Listen and find out why.

Another important message. I also weigh before bed and in the morning. Why I have learned that it tells me how hydrated I am. You see I am at this time of year walking just before and after sunset, and by the difference in what I way the even before and what I weigh in the morning tells me if I drink enough water. I know I should see on average 2 – 3 pounds of drop in the morning. And if it is less then normally it means I did not drink enough water last evening.
Excellent advice, Charles! I completely agree with you on all counts. Thanks for sharing!
