Achieving any goal takes strength. Losing weight is no different, but physical strength is not as important as emotional strength. Today he rejoins us to bring us up to date on his journey through life, and what he feels is the most important strength a person needs to reach life-changing goals.

This is good and I love it. I am one that uses my walks for my reflection of live. I am always asking myself have I been doing this right. But my biggest thing to stay with it is keep off all of the prescription drugs that I was taking.
