Thank you so much. I have started sliding down again slowly. Not saying I am off this one, it is the weight that I carried for most of my young adult life, and all of my Navy years.
And I believe if I follow my last time that my next one will be at the weight that I want to be at 200 pounds. If I go believe that I will be surprised.
