MYST 4 Lisa Cain, Snack Girl to the Rescue!

Lisa Cain, Ph.D. is an evolutionary biologist by day, but at night she dons her cape of good health and the mask of nutrition to become “Snack Girl!”

No, not really. She started the website as a full time endeavor in 2009 and is publishing her first cookbook on April 15, 2014. She is married to an Australian software engineer and home chef and has two children, so I am not sure how she finds the time to focus full time on her blog ( or the cookbook, but her following of 250,000 attests to her devotion to her passion.

In 2011, Lisa was #44 on Greatist’s Most Influential People in Health and Fitness.

    • Excellent, Charles! I was able to read an advance copy and it is a very good book. Easy and fun to read, the recipes are delicious and simple. Enjoy!
