  1. All right you are on the right track here. I have learned that diet drinks make you want to eat more. And I have learned that my blood sugar does drop after drinking a diet drink. Also I stopped fruit juices. Now I drink v8 low salt. And I will drink a beer or wine once or twice a week, but I plan for that beer or wine as you do.
I started June 30th at 238 and this morning I was at 211.5, what I changed was no wheat, meaning no bread, pasta, or rice. I will eat sweet potato once a week and part of a back potato one every two weeks or so. I will eat oat meal once a week. But I try to stay away from starchy foods most of the time. I also do not believe in artificial sweeteners. I do drink milk and it is whole milk with added whey protein isolate. I do walk my neighborhood each day that is 4.65 miles in 75 – 80 minutes, and I do some resistance workouts. dumbbells for my arms and squats for my legs and back. My first time around with Loseit I gave up and excepted a goal of 200 pounds, this time I am going for the whole banana and going for a goal of 20% body fat. I have been told that is a good percentage for my age. That means a weight goal of about 185. If I reach 184 then I will be at a normal BMI, which to me does not mean much but it does to my doctors.
I love Loseit due to the friends and advice I get. And I love your common sense advice that you give, please keep it up.

    • Again, thanks for the notes of encouragement, Charles! I appreciate everything you do to find success and then share that knowledge with others!
